  • Once the mobile data usage reaches the 500GB data entitlement of your monthly service plan, data service will continue subject to the maximum download speed of 5G network but less network resources will be allocated according to network condition which may affect your data service experience until the cutoff date of the relevant bill cycle.​
  • Only applicable to designated 5G Broadband monthly plan and designated 5G Router models. Photos are for reference only. The final router model is subject to availability. Customers are required to commit to a designated contract.
  • An extra 30,000/ 40,000/ 65,7000 MoneyBack Points will be credited to customer's 5G Broadband monthly plan mobile/ service number account within three months of 5G Broadband monthly plan service activation.
  • Each account number can enjoy the offer once only. Extra Money Back Points will not apply to the renewal of contract term. Customers are required to successfully link their relevant MoneyBack account ("MB App Account") to their SUPREME 5G Broadband monthly plan/ mobile service number account ("SUPREME Account") to collect the related MoneyBack Points. Designated MoneyBack Points are required to be collected via the Company Platform within 30 days of receiving the SMS or email notification (details are provided in the notification content). No MoneyBack Points will be earned if the subscription is cancelled or terminated within 30 days of the subscription date. Customers must commit to a designated service contract. The offer is available while quotas last. SUPREME reserves the right to change the MoneyBack Points reward scheme for different plans at any time without prior notice.   • Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement: If you agrees to the “automatic contract renewal arrangement”, before the service plan contract expires, SUPREME will send a renewal notice to the customer via email or SMS, your service plan will automatically renew for the same contact period and rate under the same terms and conditions upon expiry of your fixed term contract, unless you notify us at least 30 days before the expiry of your existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or SUPREME retail shops to cancel the auto contract renewal arrangement. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SUPREME.
