The service must be used within 30 days from the day of activation, otherwise it will expire. The "day" count starts upon first use of travel data, with a cut-off time of 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the day of use. A confirmation SMS will be sent when the service starts.

FAQ

How are the service's validity period and service charge calculated?
The “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)” can be used within 30 days after activation for any three consecutive days. The validity period begins from the first use of “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)”. The service fee covers a usage period of 3 days (“Usage Period”), any usage of less than 3 days will still incur a charge for the full 3 days. The Usage Period commences upon the first day of use until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on that day and expires at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the third day. If customers use the service again after this period, the three days usage period will reset and the related service fee will apply.

Can I top up after the travel data is used up?
When the travel data usage reaches its cap, customer may top up for extra travel data at $40 for 1GB.

Can I subscribe to more than one Mainland China & Macau Data Pass service at the same time?
Customer cannot subscribe to both the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass” and the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)” simultaneously, only one of the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)” may be used at a time.

Will I receive reminders for this service?
To ensure a worry-free journey, SUPREME will send the following SMS reminders:

A confirmation message upon activating the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)”
A message confirming that the start of service and the validity period upon your first use of travel data
Data usage alerts while you are using the service (if applicable)
A reminder sent 3 days before the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)” expires

Can I share my data via tethering?
There’s no need to purchase or swap SIM cards when using the “Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)”. Data can be easily shared by tethering your mobile device with tablets and other devices.
