What is the service's validity period of Roam-In-Command (10GB)?
Roam-In-Command (10GB) offers 30-day validity period.

How are the service's validity period and service charge calculated?
The validity period begins the first use of Roam-In-Command (10GB). The Service Fee covers a usage period of 30 days (“Usage Period”); any usage of less than 30 days will still be charged as the full 30 days. The Usage Period commences on the first day of use until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on that day and expires at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 30th day. After this period, the service fee will reset for another 30-day validity.

How will the Roam-In-Command (10GB) be charged if the journey spans multiple regions?
The Service charge will be billed according to the first instance of travel data usage. The service remains available until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 30th day. No extra Service Fee will be charged if you travel to the designated destinations during the 30-day validity period.

For example:
If your first travel data usage occurs in Japan and you travel to the United Kingdom three days later, the service charge will be $188 for continued usage within the 30-day validity period.

Can I top-up after using up the 10GB travel data?
When your travel data usage reaches 10GB, the data speed will be adjusted to a maximum of 128kbps. You may continue to use the data roaming service until the end of the Usage Period. Additionally, you can purchase extra travel data. SUPREME offers extra travel data at the following charges: $40 for 1GB, $68 for 2GB and $98 for 3GB.

Do I have to start using the travel data immediately after successfully subscribing to the service?
No, but it is recommended to start using travel data within 30 days after successful subscription. Otherwise, the service will be cancelled on the 30th day after subscription.

Will I receive important reminders for this service?
To ensure your journey is worry-free, SUPREME will send the following SMS reminders :

A confirmation message upon activating Roam-In-Command (10GB)
An activation message with the validity period when you first use the travel data
Data usage alerts when you are using the service (if applicable)
A reminder message before the expiration of the 30-day validity period

Can I share my data with other devices?
With Roam-In-Command (10GB), you can easily share data with other mobile phones and tablets without needing to queue, rent or return portable mobile routers, or carry additional devices.

Does Roam-In-Command (10GB) support 5G?
5G service is available to SUPREME customers with 5G monthly plans and compatible devices, provided there is SUPREME-supported 5G network coverage at the destination.
