Handset Content Transfer
  1. This plan needs to support the handset of "Screen Replacement Plan" , click here to view supported handset models.
    This Service is chargeable for fixed monthly service fees (at $48 per month) with 24 months contract. Even if customer is to actually use the Service for less than a month, the applicable monthly service fee shall still be payable by customer in full but not refundable at all on any pro-rata basis. Once customer has confirmed its subscription for the Service, the service fee shall automatically be chargeable on a monthly basis.
  2. SUPREME may assist Customer with transferring data from the Trade-in Device to another device upon Customer's request. In such case, SUPREME is not responsible for any loss of data which may occur during the data transfer process. SUPREME is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from any loss of data.
