Application steps

Open the SUPREME App and follow steps below to register:
Login to SUPREME App, and click "Account"
Click "Account Details & Bill Payment" from the account page
Click "Apply / Update Autopay"
Click "Next" from the "Apply / Update Autopay" page and you will receive an "One Time Password (OTP)" from SMS
Enter the "One Time Password" and click "Next"
Enter the credit card number you want to use for autopay and click "Submit"
Please double-check your information, and click "Confirm"

Registration completed. The autopay service will be effective from the next bill date.
^The offer is only applicable to customer who successfully subscribe for SUPREME’s mobile bill autopay service with Eligible Citi Credit Cards within the Promotion Period, activate autopay for his/her mobile service bill within 3 months upon successful subscription for the service, and remain subscribed and settle the mobile service bill via autopay for 12 consecutive months or above. The offer is limited to the first 900 successful autopay service applications during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota is available.
