The all-new SUPREME customer tier programme is officially launched to provide you with exceptional and bespoke services.



Starting from 1 January 2025, all customer tiers will be determined by the SUPREME Points you earn through different activities such as billed spending, using the SUPREME App, participating in brand events and contract renewal.
  • Points will be assessed annually by 31 December, allowing us to recognise and reward your continued support each year thereafter.
  • All new customers with multiple phone numbers registered under one HKID will be offered the same tier, ensuring that all your accounts are well-supported while enjoying a more personalised customer experience. ​
